HATHA / HATHA FLOW
A relatively gentle , slower paced class and great for beginners or students who prefer a more relaxed style where they hold poses for longer.
Ashtanga Yoga is a structured Vinyasa-style class following a set sequence of postures. It is a dynamic, physically demanding practice, which synchronises breath and movement to produce an internal heat which purifies the body.
HIIT YOGA FLOW
Yoga and high intensity interval training (HIIT) focusing on developing strength and stamina.
Yin Yoga is based on the Taoist concept of yin and yang, opposite and complementary principles in nature. Yin is the stable, unmoving, hidden aspect of things; Yang is the changing, moving, revealing aspect.
Meditation is an approach to training the mind, similar to the way that fitness is an approach to training the body.
