...hereby agree to the following new rules
that meet with the Covid-19 guidelines.

When entering the studio I will…

a) Not attend the studio or classes if I have a cough, fever, or been exposed to someone who has been diagnosed with Covid-19 or has symptons of Covid-19.

b) To contact Abi King (company Director) at abi@livingsaucha.com immediately if you are diagnosed with Covid-19 and have visited the studio within the last two weeks.

c) Arrive on time for classes & wait outside the studio until invited in by the teacher.

d) Wear a mask into the studio, which can be removed once on my mat.

e) Use hand sanitizer and/or wash hands in soap and water before entering the studio (Sanitiser stations are located at multiple areas throughout the premises if you do not have your own).

f) Remove shoes prior to entering the actual studio space.

g) Bring own equipment to the studio and sanitize before and after each practice (please bring own sanitizer and cloth where possible).

h) Ensure to remain 2 meters apart from other students and/or teachers wherever possible.

It is my responsibility to inform and update teachers with any medical information, injuries or pregnancies BEFORE the class starts.

That I am participating in the Yoga classes or any other exercise programs offered by Living Saucha during which I will receive information and instruction about Yoga, physical exercise or health.

I recognise that exercise requires physical exertion, which may or may not be strenuous and may cause physical injury, and I am fully aware of the hazards and risks involved.

I understand that it is my responsibility to consult a physician prior to, and regarding my participation in the Yoga classes, health programmes or workshops.

If I am pregnant then I participate fully at my own risk and that of my unborn child/children.

In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Yoga classes, health programmes or workshops, I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which might occur as a result of participation in these programmes.

I understand that there will be no hands on assists in practice until further notice (due to Covid-19)

I understand that 24hours notice must be given to cancel a class to gain a full refund or for the class to be transferred.

I hereby take full and sole responsibility from any liability of loss or damage to personal property associated with Yoga classes or any other events.

I, my heirs or legal representatives forever release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue Living Saucha ltd for any injury caused by their negligence or other acts.

I have read the above release and waiver of liability and fully understand its contents. I voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above under my own free will.
