Start your day with an invigorating Mandala Vinyasa Flow, followed by a fresh and nutritious breakfast. A late afternoon practice of calming, nourishing Yin Yoga will balance your energy before enjoying dinner under the most sensational sunsets. Spend your daytimes as you please, lounging by the natural salt water pool, taking a cooling dip, strolling around the countryside or enjoying a siesta. Each day’s Yoga practice will be themed by elements: Earth, Fire, Water and Air.

NOURISHMENT
Three scrumptious, organic, vegetarian/vegan meals a day prepared by Suryalila Kitchen. Hot beverages / fruit / water available all day. There is also a juice bar and shop selling organic wine, beers and chocolate!
The food at Suryalila is absolutely delicious, locally sourced and often grown on site. Dietary requirements are catered for. You will leave feeling completely nourished; mind, body and spirit.

SURYALILA
“Suryalila is a beautiful old renovated olive farm consisting of eight houses that form the cortijo. In typical Spanish style there are two inner courtyards, one of which blooms with orange and lemon trees.
The property sits on 50 acres of land and is still a working olive farm with 800 olive trees. We also grow organic vegetables and fruits and keep chickens for eggs.
Suryalila is nestled serenely in a large open valley in the foothills of the Sierra de Grazalema. This majestic mountain range can be seen looming large on the horizon behind Suryalila. A striking part of the natural beauty of the property is the breathtaking vista extending in all directions: rolling hills, fields of sunflowers, and lakes. The sense of vastness and expansiveness is very up lifting.”
