Kylie trained as a dancer, attending Elmhurst Ballet School, she has dance teaching qualifications from the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dance in Modern and Tap as well as studying Flamenco, with a 1st class Honours Degree in Choreography and dance and 27+ years of experience, you’ll be in good hands! In this taster class, you’ll be guided through a thorough warm up, using contemporary and jazz dance techniques, these aim to physically warm up the body as well as helping you to reinforce your mind-body connection.
You’ll get to try out a variety of different dance styles, from contemporary, to modern (the styles of dance chosen will very much be determined by the people who sign up to do the workshop) The perfect way to kick off your weekend, come and join us for a Fun – Friday – Frolic!!! No previous experience necessary, just a willingness to let loose and give it a go!
