These are all symptoms of stress. Whilst we can’t avoid life stressors we can choose how we respond to them.
In this workshop we will explore what happens in the body & mind when we are stressed, especially when we are stressed for a sustained amount of time.
You will learn how to reset the body’s systems to create balance in the face of stress and take these tools with you to cultivate calm for the winter season & beyond.
