We will look at limitations of backbending. The spine and movement. Areas of tightness and weaknesses, which could lead to injury. A Journey to fully understand your limitations and your own body.
This workshop will take you on a journey through theory and a wonderfully sequenced backbending flow to bring
awareness to your own body while practicing.
