Join Rachel for this two hour Yoga Workshop, where you will learn about the different phases of the menstrual cycle and how we can adapt our yoga practice to suit each phase. By being more in tune with our cycles, we can enhance our connection to our bodies, our Yoga practice, and our overall health and well-being.
A small amount of previous Yoga experience will be helpful. Anyone is welcome to join this workshop, whether you’d like to use these techniques for your own practice, or just gain a better understanding of the menstrual cycle. To make this workshop as inclusive as possible, Rachel will be adapting the technique for those not having a menstrual cycle to follow the moon cycles instead.
